The Hotel’s construction is going to start in April 2010 by the supervision of architecture Sema Ekşioğlu.Total construction area is 12.485. 50m2.
In the design phase, construction area is determined according to the area’s location and its zoning status.After defining the building borders,the axes are identified,also for the free areas.To integrate the project with the nature, we give a place to green.
Şile is a known place with its forest and green places .
Construction is not designed to harm the nature, we tried to make the project as a part of the nature.
Hotel includes; 160 bedrooms, breakfast rooms, dining rooms, stores, fitness, spa, turkish hamam, meeting rooms, outdoor and indoor swimming pool etc..
Also for the area,that stands near the hotel area, new projects started to design.
